1. Introduction

Welcome to Threxalimorenta. By accessing or using our website, booking a tour, workshop, or any other service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms delineate your rights and obligations and form a legal agreement between you and Threxalimorenta. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or using our services.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1. Reservation & Deposit

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost at the time of reservation. This deposit secures your place on the chosen expedition or workshop.

2.2. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the start date of your booked service. Failure to remit final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

2.3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed with a deposit. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

2.4. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Specific payment instructions will be provided during the booking process.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1. Client Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@threxalimorenta.org. The following cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 90 days prior: Full refund of amount paid, minus the non-refundable 25% deposit.
  • 61-90 days prior: 50% refund of the total trip cost, minus the non-refundable 25% deposit.
  • 60 days or less prior: No refund.

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation.

3.2. Company Initiated Cancellations (e.g., Weather, Safety)

Threxalimorenta reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient participant numbers. In such cases:

  • We will offer alternative dates or a credit for a future trip of equal value.
  • If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund for the canceled service will be issued. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by clients (e.g., flights, accommodations, gear purchases).

4. Participant Responsibility

4.1. Health & Fitness

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in appropriate physical and mental health for the chosen activity. Some expeditions require a high level of fitness. It is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional regarding your suitability.

4.2. Gear & Preparedness

Participants must come equipped with the required personal gear as specified in the pre-trip information. Threxalimorenta is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate gear.

4.3. Adherence to Instructions

Throughout any expedition or workshop, participants must follow the instructions of guides and instructors at all times for their safety and the safety of the group.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participating in outdoor recreational activities, including but not limited to mountain expeditions, wilderness photography, and stargazing tours, involves inherent risks.
